Refund policy
Returns & Refunds: If you experience any issues with your purchase from www.geekbarvapes.com, please contact us via email. We're here to assist you with our return procedures. All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
Upon receiving the returned product, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please note that Geek Bar Vapes does not offer pre-paid return labels, nor do we refund any shipping charges. We recommend insuring your package when sending it back to ensure its safe arrival.
Exchanges: We’re pleased to offer exchanges for items within 30 days of purchase. Once we receive the returned goods, one of our representatives will contact you to discuss exchange details and finalize your new order. Should there be a price difference, you’ll be responsible for the balance.
Return & Exchange Restrictions: Due to certain regulations and the nature of some products, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened or used e-liquids.
- Products not bought from www.geekbarvapes.com.
- Opened and used devices or accessories.
- Partially returned or opened sample packs or bundle deals.
Please note that all return shipping charges are borne by the customer.
